Once we have agreed to work together, the Terms & Conditions will be sent to you for electronic signature along with a Data Processing Agreement.

Sample Terms & Conditions
- Pay as you go hourly plans (PAYG) are invoiced on the last working day of the month and are payable within 7 days by bank tranfer. There is a minimum booking of 1 hour.
- Monthly retainer plans are payable by bank transfer and are payable in advance of work starting.
- With monthly retainer plans, all hours worked in addition to the number of hours included in the retainer will be charged at the retainer rate.
- Up to 10% of hours included in a retainer not used in one month may be carried over to the next month. These hours must be used in that following month and if not used will still be charged.
- All of the time that we spend working on the Services, including without limitation research, administration and communication (whether by telephone, email, messaging or otherwise) will be chargeable at the applicable hourly rate or included in the retainer hours.
- Our charges for time spent are calculated using specialist software by the minute using hourly rates.
- Where we are providing Services on a monthly retainer basis, you may terminate the Contract by providing us with 1 months’ written notice. Otherwise, you may terminate the Contract at any time on written notice to us.
- Integral Resource has Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance for the UK.
- You shall keep in strict confidence all know-how, processes or initiatives which are of a confidential nature concerning our business. We will keep confidential all information disclosed by you or your employees in relation to the provision of the Services.
